ACUTE CARE VISIT
For acute illness such as UTI, sinus congestion, cough, cold, sore throat, ect. PRICE: Gym members and their family are $60 per person. Non-Gym members are $75 per person.

An in office test used to test for Strep A of the throat. PRICE: $5 with visit or $15 without visit (medication will not be prescribed without a visit with provider)
COVID TEST
Rapid COVID nasal swab. PRICE: $8 with office visit. $20 without office visit. (medication will not be prescribed without an office visit with provider)
